David Ladell,
the driving force behind PerformBIZ, has designed courses for salespeople
and sales managers in traditional field sales, telesales and call centers for over
fifteen years.
Extensive experience in sales comes from his career as a Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Training Manager and National Sales Manager for a large international pharmaceutical company, as well as owning and partnering several businesses. In addition he has mentored and coached top marketing executives and presidents, as well as helping companies in trouble rebuild their marketing process to reflect the changing global environment we are in. Ladell has helped Fortune 500 companies like Merck and Xerox, the Bank of Bermuda and ING DIRECT, the Netherlands bank, that has been such a large success in Canada, with no bricks and mortar, and many others, large and small, who have benefited from his Performance Based Sales Training Programs.
